Happy New Year!

2026 is going to be a brilliant year for Solent and our customers. We already have 7 ranges we are launching between now and the end of February, three vinyls including one from Tarkett, Stainfree Ultra and Knightsbridge from Abingdon, Solent Selection Rustler and Mystical.

April 15/16th there is going to be a Southern Carpet Show, being held at Sandown Racecourse, run by the exhibitors of Harrogate, a lot of well known manufacturers are going and we are exhibiting, save the date, look forward to seeing you there, putting a face to a voice, with some cracking exhibition only offers.

We have changed our underlay, check out the prices of Comfi Step and the new Max Step 8mm 145kgs which is the same as the 10mm solent Special being renamed to Max Step 10mm, see attached price list.

Did you know our prices on metals are very competitive and we supply metals made in the UK, not China like a lot of our competitors. We also do very well with the Kensington bars, equivalent to the Premier Trims from Stairrods, keeping the black in stock, see page 18 for colours and options.

Destiny our new vinyl launched last month is selling extremely well and its got a very high acoustic rating, ideal for flats.

Our LVT's are selling well and in February we are launching the new Iconic from J2 and will be their wholesaler for this product in the UK.

There are a few price increases in this issue, some of the vinyls and Kelmore have gone up and we do know there are more to come next month.
